5 Steps to Speed Up Your Video Project Production
“How
long will it take to produce my video?” This is one of the most common questions
every business has in mind when starting their video project. Usually it depends how
complicated your project is and how busy a production studio is.
Most clients
that aren't familiar with the video production process expect the project to be done within a
few days. However, the process is not that simple at it seems. We on average take
2 weeks to produce up to 1 minute of video and audio. But usually the process can
take longer as we wait for clients to get back to us.

you are in a hurry to produce a video and want to avoid rush fees there are 5 quick steps you can take to speed up the process:
1. Decide in advance what the objective of you video is. Are you planning to promote your products, raise awareness or
train? Where are you planning to post it? And what format should it be?
2. Develop a script. 30s
video can only fit up to 75 words. That’s not a lot of words to convey your
message. So be concise and to the point.
3. Prepare video materials:
What do you want to include in your video? Logos, product pictures, video clips
and other materials. Have them all ready.
4. Don’t forget audio. Who
should narrate your script? Female or Male voice over talent? What about music?
Classical, pop, inspiring?
5. Respond in time. Finally,
once all requirements are in and materials are sent out don’t disappear. Make
sure when production company gets back to you with questions or ask for
approvals be responsive to keep your project moving forward.
